FAQ:Our company was established in 2009, had our own plant which we built ourselves and which covered more than 3000m2. There are 8 persons including the supervisor and sales, 6 persons including the developer and designer. We owned the strong technical power, were engaged in the development, design, manufacture, export and were the professional lamp manufacturer. Our product had been sold to Europe and America, South America, Asia, Japan and more countries and area.
Though our scale wasn't very big,we have more 16 years of experience,and as the plant was built by ourselves,the price was low,so that we had the competitive price and high quality to win the customers.
We mainly produced LED light and sold TIFFFANY craft lights, and traditional and modern lighting with resin, manual painting, fabric, ironware and other composite material. The products were exported to many countries along with the relevant certification, such as UL, CUL, ETL, GS, CE / Rosh/EMC, SAA, PSE.SASO... Q1. Do you accept the retail?
A:Yes, but except for the product needs to open a mould.
Q2.What about the lead time?
A:Sample order needs 7-14 days,mass production needs over 30-40 days.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for Order?
A: Low MOQ, mixed product for an order is available.
Q4:How do you ship the goods and how long does it takes to arrive.
A:Our usual practise of shipment is sea way(about 20-30 days) and air way(about 7 days).
Q5.Is it able to print my logo on product.
A:Yes,please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q6.Do you offer guarantee for the products
A.Yes,We offer 2 years warranty to our products.
