We mainly produced LED light and sold TIFFFANY craft lights, and traditional and modern lighting with resin, manual painting, fabric, ironware and other composite material. The products were exported to many countries along with the relevant certification, such as UL, CUL, ETL, GS, CE / Rosh/EMC, SAA, PSE.SASO... Q1. Do you accept the retail?
A:Yes, but except for the product needs to open a mould.
Q2.What about the lead time?
A:Sample order needs 7-14 days,mass production needs over 30-40 days.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for Order?
A: Low MOQ, mixed product for an order is available.
Q4:How do you ship the goods and how long does it takes to arrive.
A:Our usual practise of shipment is sea way(about 20-30 days) and air way(about 7 days).
Q5.Is it able to print my logo on product.
A:Yes,please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q6.How about your packing?
A: All lamps are packed in 5-ply export carton with strong paper board and foam,suitable for express delivery. Wooden crates with additional cost is workable.
Q7.Do you offer guarantee for the products
A.Yes,We offer 2 years warranty for the lamp.
